Id put zero stars if I could. First off Ill tell you a story of my first experience. Second isnt much better. I first went in speaking with a man named Humburto, at first he was very professional, well speaking & knowledgeable. We spoke briefly on the phone on a position I was interested in, bing bang boom that day I was in office signing paper work, getting the address to the job site. -* sounds good and dandy. Till... *"One last step Mrs, we require a drug screen"* he says *"sounds good, Ill go today"* I say eager to start working *"Well the office is already closed, how about tomorrow?"* he smiles *" alright, first thing then"* I resign. I finish up the paper work as he hands me a scribbled number *" This is your identification number, so the clinic knows you are an employee from us and we are paying for the drug screen, OK?"* I take the sketchy piece of note with an eyebrow raised, *" Alright..?"* I say, he then proceeds to reasure me by giving me his card if anything to go amis. Next morning I am at the clinic before it opens, I hand the woman at the desk the note and everything starts to crumble she says it isnt valid he says his system says differently I go down to his office twice picking up different notes mind you wasting gas and time in the course of 4 days, and each time its the same. Till eventually I get an email claiming I failed a drug test I have yet to take*!! And he had given the position to someone else*!!! In conclusion, this agency is a complete sham and waste of time I have more complaints about its Manager Irene aswell but Ive already written a book, soo of you read my entire tale, dont go. Theyre unprofessional and liars.

These people care nothing more than about themselves they are something like the devils advocates especially the old woman Irene she will go out of her way to make your situation more difficult than it already is and if she finds out your on unemployment she will do anything in her power to penalize you by making false accusations and reports unless she gets her way she has no consideration for family or anything tried to get me to work on thanksgiving I said no because obviously its a time to be with your fam and she reports me based off that do not trust these people very selfish not to mention not very loyal
