I had a great and surprising experience. I walked in and was greeted by a young beautiful lady with a huge smile which lead me to believe she loved her job and was happy to help! Her name was Daisy! She carries enthusiasm and if you want to learn how to embody great customer service, you could definitely learn by observing her. This was my first experience with any agency and Corey and Daisy made it very worthwhile and the atmosphere altogether was very welcoming. Their were other staff members there that I did not converse with, yet they still would pass you by with a smile. And that my friends is what will have a business succeed and stand for years ! I wish this business the best and with all the blessings that are due to them considering the blessings you will receive with each of their presence, patience and determination to ensure everyone leaves out happy and with a job! I rated this business a 5, because the result will be Satisfaction Guaranteed!

“Candidates must be able to pass: background check (no felonies)I have a felon on my record from back in 2002, which was an accident by nature. Ive tried and tried to find meaningful employment, but I keep getting rejected because of the felon on my record. We need to do something aout this, because I served my time, as many others have done. Why should we continue to be punished? I have a wife and two kids to take care of, Plus Im working towards a degree and certification in Computer science and Cisco Networking Professional, on top of 3 years experience. Ive learned in the past few years since ive been home from 8 month prison term, Credentials and ability to do the job means nothing if your Record has a felony on it.. I dont know what to do or where to go for help regarding this matter. Where do we turn when the Government COMPLETELY IGNORES A CRIME AS GREAT AS THIS?.. Where do we begin to fight for change?

This Select Staffing is the worst place to sign up with. The staff there is very rude, inconsiderate and incompetent. They have no respect for your personal life and theyre so quick to terminate your application. If you try to call and get any type of information about yourself they WILL NOT provide that information to you, which is not professional. So I advise anyone who goes to Select Staffing over at the Paramount office, that the person who didnt help me was Hilda. She was very rude, unprofessional and doesnt listen. She talks over you. She is just a very rude individual. Now Rose over at the Commerce agency was very helpful in addressing my issues and concerns.

Daisy at the Paramount location is easily one of the friendliest and approachable people Ive ever met. She was extremely helpful, and during my time there, has definitely earned my vote for most hard-working. Though most of my direct interactions were with Daisy, I could tell that each member of the team genuinely cared for every single person that walked through the doors. They do a very good job at making you feel welcome while still providing above and beyond service at finding employment for those in need. I really cant say enough good things about this place. If youre in need of work, and are around the area, you should absolutely consider coming here.

So far this agency by far has been one of the best Ive encountered . Daisy the administrative was the first to greet me at the door very friendly and nice person she makes it feel like i been here before. They do work with you throughout the whole process of applying and getting you to work right away and whatever other questions you have for them they will politely answer. After i was done with all my paperwork Cory one of her recruiters worked with my schedule and was able to find me a job the next day that best fit my availability. I want to thank the staff for being so helpful. My mother applied today and I was there to help through the process but did so little. Ive usually gone to other agencies and it bothers me to see the lack of importance they give to elder people but select staffing was different. Daisy assisted my mother and helped through the online application. She was so friendly and answered all questions we had. Victoria interviewed my mother and the attention given was beyond helpful. Im thankful because the service given to my mother made her feel comfortable and it not only satisfied her but me as well. Thank you again for the amazing service.
