Very professional, friendly service from everyone I worked with here. The back of my new car must have been hit pretty hard while parked because the bumper, corner panel and tail light showed a fair amount of damage. After they were done fixing it, I never would have known it wasnt straight from the factory. The first time I went to pick it up I noticed the back hatch wasnt aligned quite right on one side. (It hadnt taken any visible damage so we werent sure if something had happened in the incident or if it had just come from the factory like that) They kept it an extra day to fix that too and now its perfect. Would definitely trust my car to them again for any repairs. Excellent service, thank you Platinum Auto!

I will always bring my vehicles here for all repairs. I have been rear ended twice this year, both times I have had it repaired here. My poor Miatas bumper has taken a beating, but both times I have brought it in, they have made it look brand new again. I was worried about paint matching, but they got it spot on. They also go the extra mile as far as calling me as soon as they have an update. I recommend Platinum Auto Collision and Paint to anyone who cares about their vehicle and want it to look as good as it did (if not better) than it did before an accident. Thanks guys! Went above and beyond with amazingly results. Nicest people to work with and would recommend highly. I took a part to them to fit and paint and they provided me options and updates along the way. My paint was tough to match to put it mildly but they exhausted their efforts and youd never be able to tell it didnt come from the factory. Thank you!

I had to have 3 of 4 panels on one side of my mini-van painted with metallic blue and they got the match perfect with the one original panel on the same side and the rest of the vehicle. They got me in within a day of the estimate and finished the work in less than five days. Really friendly great service as well. Highly highly recommend them.
