Apparently you should not call on Sundays because they dont do any scheduling on Sunday. Its fine to take appointments during normal business hours, but if youre going to be in the office, then dont answer the phone! Or at least say, my receptionist with the appointment book isnt here right now. What I got instead was, "you can call back during business hours to make your appointment."
