My wife made me an appointment with Kathy for a mens facial because she convinced me Kathy was better than any high priced salon in Los Angeles. Kathy did not disappoint. She made me feel comfortable, and my skin never felt more renewed, especially with the products she uses. My wife is telling me I need to see Kathy regularly because my face never looked better!

the manager is very rude [and uncooperative] at thousand oaks beauty collection at janss market place and i will never go there again. my friends have had a similar experience and dont plan on returning either. i cant imagine why the loser manager has "attitude"; she appears to be a low-life! by the way, this is the first bad review i have ever given to a co.
