What a great service. First, its easy. You sign up for a membership and know that youre banking a massage every month, which you can redeem whenever you want. Next, its super easy to book. I always called last minute and usually got exactly the date and time I wanted. Zhenia (so sorry if thats not spelled right) is the perfect therapist for me. After a long day at the office, I dont always have the energy to carry on a convo while Im trying to relax. Shes totally sweet but doesnt push for conversation. So great. I heard other therapists are more talkative, but honestly, I like her so much I never booked with anyone else. The place is styled in a modern/clean style and pretty soundproof in the treatment rooms. Its always been pristine clean, which is what most catches my attention. By far, the best perk is being able to use Flexible Spending. Because this isnt a "spa" and is skewed more medicinal, theyll give you tx notes and make it billable. Who doesnt love a tax free massage? Definitely worth trying if youre looking to give yourself a little well deserved TLC.

I LOVE Elements Massage! Ive been getting massages from this location in Campbell for about three years now and I will never go to another massage place. The reasons are simple: 1. I can go to any of the therapists and they will listen and provide me with the specialized massage that I need. If I do need certain work, the therapist wil suggest another fellow therapist that has this skills that could help me even more. 2. Price point for the Wellness Membership is fantastic and non long term. 3. Everyone- front desk, therapist, owner- is SO NICE! Honestly, the customer service is a huge reason Ive been coming back here. You feel welcome and relaxed, plus theres chocolate! Overall, I would recommend Elements Massage in Campbell to just about everyone. They really have the experience to provide a quality massage that fits you every time.

Elements Massage is great. The first time I stepped into the facility, I was amazed at how nice it was. Everything is very clean and they pay attention to the little details. In the lobby, you will find chocolates and lemon water. In the restrooms, you will find breath mints, mouth wash, scented candles, and hand towels (versus paper towels). Most places wouldnt put the effort into these little details. Moving onto the massage aspect, my primary concern was deep tissue on my chest and back. I decided to go with Sara because that is who the receptionist recommended for me. Sara was very friendly and open to conversation during the massage. She is a great person to talk to and gives great massages. If you have any tightnesses, shell definitely take care of them. I recommend their wellness program if you plan on getting regular massages.

As a wellness program member, the message options and services offered by Elements Massage are a great value. The massage therapist that Ive been worked over by are well trained and capable of ensuring the experience is relaxing and beneficial to the fatigued, stressed, or tense. Furthermore, the entire staff goes out of their way to ensure that you are greeted and taken care of through the web portal, via e-mail, over the phone, and the moment you enter the facility. I would love to give this location a bonus star (or two) for their level of customer service.

This is the best therapeutic massage place I have found yet in the South Bay. Element only employs trained, licensed professionals. When I go in I feel like someone is applying some theory to what they are doing, rather than just pushing and banging on me, which is what goes on at many massage studios. Ill be a customer here for years to come. If youre a member, a 60 minute massage is $69, 90 minute, $99. Those are very reasonable prices. And if you get a great massage, always tip generously.

I had never had a massage before when I injured my neck and felt like it was time to give it a try. Ive only been to Steph but she was great and Ive been back since. The lobby and rooms are comfortable and relaxing, and everyone at this location was nice and helpful. The intro rate and membership rates seem reasonable, and they also have special offers throughout the year.
