I am a massage therapist. I received a massage at this spa that really hurt my lower back for a good 5 days. I have an obvious scar on my lower back from back surgery that doesnt usually bother me. The person massaged that area over and over so hard even though I asked to go lighter but that was ignored. I called afterward and talked to them and the woman that answered the phone basically said that was normal. If I did that to someone where I worked Id probably be fired. I am never going back.

It was great for the convience of the drop in appointments. The massage was not great but you get what you pay for. With zero notice to their customers, they are now accepting cash only. When I asked about it today the girl wasnt able to speak enough English to even understand what I was asking. She just kept asking "You want massage?" Ugh! Ill take my money elsewhere.

Did the deep tissue for an hour and asked for hard. She did perfect, it hurt so good and she focused on my neck and back like i asked but still touched on the full body. Private room nice bed and quiet
