To sum up my experience in just a one word review: Ouch!!! Came here with my girlfriend for a relaxing spa day. She got a massage while I got a nice scrub down. From the moment I walked in, I emphasized and repeated multiple times over that I had a healing wound on my left knee and for them to avoid that area. The staff there moved my appointment back by 15 minutes so I could have more time to soak, which I greatly appreciated. However, my esthetician hovered over me like a hawk and I felt very rushed and pressured to start my session early. The woman who was scrubbing me down was not very gentle at all. Before I got on the table, I pointed to the exact spot on my leg for her to avoid and she said she would not go near it. However, throughout our session, I noticed she was not being mindful and I had to remind her a couple times. Well, long story short, she ended up scrubbing not just all over it, but to the point of completely removing my newly formed scab and causing it to bleed. I had to ask the front desk for a bandaid. Upon checkout, I did not complain but the owner backhandedly tried to blame me for the situation by saying that I should have told them about my injury even though I did. The scrub was refreshing, I really liked the facility here, and the Aveda products are great. However, they were not very careful with me and the blame game left a bad taste in my mouth.

A fairly small but very clean Korean-style sauna. I took the day pass, so can only comment on the sauna and jade room. The sauna area is well lit, and the water was clear. You could hear fairly calming music throughout the room. In that sense, it felt like a place to mediate, rather than a place to socialize. The atmosphere reminded me very much of Kabuki Springs and Spa in San Francisco. For someone used to a more rough-and-tumble Korean-style sauna, it might be a little too sterile for their tastes. Theres a warm spa as well as a cold dip, and both were good to soak in. The dry sauna could stand to be a bit hotter, and the steam sauna could stand to be a little less hot. The jade room, the heated room outside the sauna, felt comfortable to lie down in, with the floor radiating heat from below. In all, I liked it.

Im a k-spa junky and this place is the Americanized, Burke Williams version of Korean Spas -- high-end, eco-friendly facility with brand name hair, face & body products, and a very clean and modern pool/shower area. Not so much the traditional family vibe at this k-spa, like it is at Lawrence Health Center in Santa Clara. The crowd here is more the professional Silicon Valley women type, here to unwind after a long day grinding away at work. The facility is small, especially the steam room, but it gets the job done. Ill be back. :)

This place is absolutely amazing! It was my first experience having a Korean style scrub, so I was a little unsure of what to expect, but it was great, and my skin is absolutely glowing! Everyone made me feel very comfortable and welcomed. I also really enjoyed the amenities that were included with my service, especially the salt room. I will definitely be back! :)

This was my second visit and the first one was about 1.5 years ago. Enjoyed my spa package both times. The place was clean and very quiet (both times weekdays). Though not very big, it has sauna, jacuzzi, steam room to be used before the spa treatment. The staff was friendly and my professional spa lady worked non-stop during the 1.5 hours of treatment.

Love them! Scrab is the best and all ladies know how to adjust it to the "European" level. This place has all you need: towels, robes, high quality Aveda products for you to use during your stay there. Hair dryers, toothpaste, disposable toothbrushes, cold water and hot teà.

Very clean, quiet spa with a generous selection of treatments. Sauna and hot tub can be used before the treatment for free. Great if you go alone, not designed for groups that want to talk.

Live this spa, so quiet and very clean, suggest paying for just a day pass or getting services, Korean Silky Scrub, check the website for prices

Great spa, 30$ gets you a walk-in guest pass here. Great value. They have a super hot sauna, jacuzzi, steam room and salt room. Love it.

Was expecting more saunas and a co-ed jimbalyang experience. However, the massage package specials are well worth the trip!
