This location is not the best in the Massage Envy family....... Customer focus/service from the "front" desk is NEVER proactive..... Just tried to book an appointment....was told they have none (funny, I hear that everytime I call)....never asked if a different time, different date might work.... And the sad news is....this is my "home" location.... Treated better out of the area; out of state.... Must be "ownership" of this location...

The worst service I have ever experienced. Message therapist was agressive and rude to the point it became confrontational in the lobby. This is the first time in my life of ever receiving such treatment of hostility and disrespect as a customer from a business. Furthermore they have done little to accommodate the situation or apologize and the worst part is being charged twice for a service I dont want.

This is co. mplete bullshit. I called 5 hours in advance to cancel an appointment (which I never do) and have cancelled with less notice previously with no feesand now instantaneously imposing a 50% cancellation fee?!???? Buyer beware.... I'm awaiting a managers call.

The massages and the atmasphare are awesome but the tipping is pushed upon the customer with how much to give (there is a sign). $18.00 to $24.00 is the going tip rate for one to one and half hour massages after spending $60.00 to $80.00 dollar on the massage.

Ive been getting a deep massage from other spas. But this was very rough and aggressive. I said stop I do not want to continue not listen to me I will NEVER return to this place ever again!

I have had no problems with them and I love the massages I have had. You do have to tip kind of high though. Thats the part I dont like. I dont mind tipping but they expect too much.

Do NOT get trapped into joining the monthly massage club. Its not easy to get out of and they will not honor any massages you have not used.
