Very confusing and upsetting visit to the spa. Arrived as a massage student asking if I could speak to a supervisor or manager. Was told they would be arriving around 3pm. I returned at 3pm and was then told they werent supposed to be in today. When I mentioned that I had been told earlier that they would be in at 3, I was told they would be in later today, RIGHT after they just told me they werent going to be in today (after being told they WERE going to be in...) When asked to take a message I informed that I was a student and wanted to inquire about an opportunity for an externship (unpaid experience). The receptionist informed me i dont think we do those , I then awkwardly stood there feeling that I wasnt given the option to leave the message for a supervisor to find out if they did or did not in fact take externships and left very disappointed. The confusing information and rather blunt and un-conclusive responses lost a future client and a student hoping to gain real-world knowledge.

I received the signature massage and signature facial here this month. As soon as I arrived, I knew this was going to be a great experience. Beautiful Interior, courteous therapists, shower and steam was perfect, tea in the waiting room, clean and tranquil, and the massage and treatment were what I expected and more. I had Tami for the facial, and Sergio for the massage, and it made my day! I wanted to fall asleep, so relaxing and soothing. Ill definitely be returning to Aruna, my body thanked me for the rest of the week. See you guys soon!

First time in this spa and I have to say I was very impressed about the facilities. It is a new building and they definitely didnt cut corners on the infrastructure. The massage itself wasnt bad (it wasnt great). Hopefully it will be better the next time...
