I am SO glad I spent a hefty +70 dollars (including 20% baseline tip) to have TWO THIRDS of my vagina hair ripped out. I had heard amazing things about Loma Spa, but I was severely disappointed by the high price and the substandard job they did on my brazilian. The place is basically a glorified nail salon. Given this, it seems ridiculous that they charge spa prices for a place containing nail stations and tacky pedicure footbaths right up front. I was led to the bathroom by the girl who was doing my wax, and she told me that she’d be waiting right outside when I came back. When I was finished, I exited the restroom and could not find her anywhere. After awkwardly standing in the back by myself for about five minutes wondering whether I should go back out to the lobby or wander the halls to try to find her, she saunters back over. No apology. Great customer service. I can totally tell I’m your top priority. You’ve done a great job at convincing me of the dedication and concentration you apply to your job. But whatever… Slightly irritating. Not the worst thing in the world. Moving on. The wax itself wasn’t too bad. Their cupping method does seem to work fairly well in reducing pain, but that is the ONLY thing I will compliment about this place. In retrospect, I would rather endure full blown agony and get a quality waxing job than having some stranger slap the inside of my thighs to help me with pain management (instead of focusing on the real task at hand: leaving me bare… which she REALLY failed to do). A little less “cupping,” sweetie, a little more doing your job. Thanks. After it was over, she then tried to hawk her products on me. Why in the hell would I continue to trust your judgment? You seriously want me to buy these things? Given your expertise, I would expect them to only be about TWO THIRDS AS EFFECTIVE as you claim them to be and entirely not worth the price. I tried to pay my bill and book it out of there as fast as I could, but I REPEATEDLY had to tell her I was not interested in the four products she tried to unload on me. Bottom line, I could have given myself a better waxing job on my bathroom floor by MacGyvering Elmer’s glue, a popsicle stick, and a match. Their other services might be better, I’m not sure. But I sure as hell will never step foot in that place again to find out.

1st visit- best pedicure, 2nd visit- the absolute WORST. First time we went in a as a group, some did manicures, some did pedis. It was awesome, the pressure, the massage chair, service etc. But second time I went in, the lady who was attending to me, did not put any pressure on my legs, when I specifically chose their signature pedicure "with massage". I kept insisting, to apply pressure, which apparently made no difference to her. I was soooo disappointed. I felt deprived of the service which was promised.

Loved that I had a choice to receive my manicure & pedicure at the same time. I thought things couldnt get better after a luxurious lotion hand & arm massage coupled with hot rock foot treatment. But was completely blown away that Holly placed a clear coat before AND after my color. What a wonderful way to help preserve my natural nails. Top it all off with THE LOWEST prices Ive EVER paid.. A M A Z I N G !!! Perfect

I recently came to Loma Spa looking to get some acrylic nails done. I was booked with Linda, who did a phenomenal job! I showed her a picture of coffin shaped nails, and she got the job done. The length is not too short nor too long and the paint job was perfect! She took her time to take the excess paint off from the sides and she was super gentle. Very happy!

The best manicure experience Ive ever had. Cindy was gracious and meticulous. The ambiance is so soothing. And the points program is a great bonus to keep you coming back. I got a regular manicure for $18 and it looks like gel! I live in Orange county so I usually only pay $12-14 for a regular manicure, but the extra $4 was COMPLETELY worth it.

I didnt feel rushed to add/buy any products. She was so nice and recommended me even just to drink plenty of water since this is the best way to keep my skin hydrated but drinking plenty of water while pregnant can be a challenge!!!

Linda did my nails with this beautiful color changing polish that I would have never considered by myself. It looks amazing and she did such a fantastic job! After 2 amazing visits I decided to make this my new regular salon!

Best spa in the South Bay. Its not fancy in terms of ambiance, but its amazing in terms of services. Well priced and very professional. I recommend Kim for pedicures, Ani for waxing and Leyen for facials.
