This salon ruined my hair and was very unprofessional when I was unhappy with the result. I had asked for a warmer color for fall. The lady handed me a book, opened the "reds" section, and asked me to choose. I asked her for her opinion, she said pointed to a color. I communicated that I didnt want anything too dramatic. She made my hair orange and gave me ugly bangs. The dye job was terrible. She didnt even use toner, so my hair turned out a bright orange. My friends thought I did it for Halloween. The dye stained the skin around my hair for days. I used repeated treatments of nail polish remover on my skin to try and get it out. The color was extremely uneven. The hair cut was even worse. She gave me bangs, and she didnt even do them well. If I wear them as normal bangs, they are too long and get in my eyes. Not so good for a programmer. However they are too short to hide with bobby pins or braids. I hoped that maybe it would look better the next day. It didnt. I called the salon to tell them about the terrible result. The lady who answered told me to call back in an hour. Since then, when I call, no one will answer. I have left messages and they havent called me back. It is one thing to screw up hair, it is another thing to not act professional and try to resolve the situation. Please, do not go to this salon. This wasnt even cheap ($115). Not worth the risk.

Do NOT get any waxing services done. They are terrible. Horrible. They are good at acrylic nails and pedicures. Stick to thst. I love their selection of mood nail polishes. They do nickle and dime you for every little thing. They expect cash, which also sucks. They are also really shady with the Groupon making you return them. So just tell them you want the Groupon price.

Came here for a facial. The atmosphere isnt very spa-like or relaxing. Facial was just okay and didnt include extractions or steam. Cant comment on the salon but would not recommend going here for a facial.

Worst service ever especially from the manager. Gel nails lasted 1 week only. Went back to fix my nails & manager wanted to charge me for her bad work. Place is dirty n terrible customer service.
