Please do not give your business to this company. I am a 100% Disabled Combat Veteran who was trying to schedule a quote and appointment. Sounds pretty routine? Should have been but just as with numerous other reviews that I have come across about this company the secretary was of the worst possible character and customer service. I attempted to explain that I have extreme PTSD and needed her to slow down and not talk over me. To which she replied something to the effect of "So what, you will conform to what I want". Having spent 6yrs, 3 months and 1 day of overseas service during a 10+ years of wartime. I would have hoped that she could have shown a little compassion and understanding but it got worse. I own 4 properties, one of which is in California and is in need of some roofing repair. This is also the property that my mother lives on. The secretary actually said "What is your Mommys number?" Wow....I am 40 yrs old, 22yrs in the active duty military, heavily decorated and 5 combat tours and this is the kind of treatment this business is supporting? I have read that they do very good work and at a reasonable price. Too bad the secretary decided that I am not worthy of their business. Please Butte County take your business elsewhere. I have a standing request to the owner of the company to give me a call but as of now have not heard anything from them.

Came about 7am..my granddaughter thought there was a giant on the roof (shes 6yrs old) which we thought was so funny...Our roof is hughmongas and the first day it was almost completely finished. We paid for 25yr shingles and they used 30yr shingles. They repaired rotten wood, installed air ducts we needed and sealed everything they possible could. Our initial contract guaranteed two years warrenty on the materials and labor. We wanted more than two years so the owner extened the warrenty to 5 years. I was pleased he was that confident in the job they did for us. The roof is absolutely beautiful...They left no mess anywhere....Have to say we are completely pleased with the phenomenal job they did for us.

Well the secretary has been working there for a long time and she has a serious attitude problem. Joe is a wonderful guy who will always go out of his way to help you with whatever you need. Unfortunately, roofing stuff was constantly hitting our windows despite several requests. The roofing job itself is good so far and the guys are funny. They have cleaned up so far pretty well.
