Eastman Roofing provides very professional work. I found Eastman Roofing from Yelp. I called them for roof inspection. They verbally agreed on day, Later, they emailed me the appointment time as confirmation. On the appointment day, Dave called me 30 min early to ensure I will be on the spot. They arrived on time. After Dave inspected the roof, he showed me all the photos he took and explained the status of the roof. He also proposed the way for the maintenance/repair. One day later, I received email with detail explanation of roof status and repair quotes. After I signed the quote, they provided the repair service within 1 week. They also provide new photos of the finished work. I will refer them to my friends and I will also ask for their service in the future.

They kept in touch whenever an issue came up, consulted if something seemed “off”, showed us exactly why it was recommended that we replace the skylight (rotted out) and even helped remove the old blind as they knew I was stressing so badly about it! Once the job was done they cleaned up and it looked as if nothing ever happened!”

We had a persistent slow leak which was very difficult to diagnose and pinpoint. Eastman Roofing had a whole team meeting to come up with the most likely source, and gave us proposal of how to fix it. The roofer was able to follow the teams direction and took photos each step of the way as he worked. I received those photos from Eastman Roofing. I am pleased that those photos showed me the problem and the way it was fixed. We hope that it will fix the problem.
