When we learned we needed to replace our roof, I interviewed 4 different roofing companies in person (all of which came through personal referrals) and received detailed quotes from each. It ended up being a no-contest decision. Valentine blew away the competition with their professionalism, customer-service orientation, attention to detail and use of high quality materials. Given all of that, we fully expected their quote to be the highest, but in fact, it was the most reasonable! On top of that, they were incredibly efficient (re-roofed our entire 3200 sq ft house in just under 3 days), cleaned up after themselves (debris in driveway and yard) each day which was important to us with two toddlers in the house, and provided excellent communication throughout the process - both from Connor Valentine (the president of the company) and the lead person on the crew. To top it all off, they even sent us a gift as a thank you for our business upon completion of the work. I would recommend Valentine Roofing unreservedly to anyone who needs quality roofing work done.

Valentine Roofing was selected not only for a reasonable and fair price but the reputation of education, training and how the employees are treated. The process was excellent with a Presidential TL roof that looks better with lower maintenance than our cedar roof we had installed 32 years ago on our then new house. Kes in marketing along with office staff of Sallie and her co-workers proved very effective, with constant updates and enthusiasum. The installers led by team leader Leo were the best with hard work, cleanliness and protection of the grounds, and quality installation of a good product. They showed up everyday on time and worked late when the weather was good enough and in the rain to finish on time. He communicated what the plan was each day so there were no surprises. My only suggestion is as Valentine contiues to grow they maintain their focus and reward the employees that make their company special.

We love our new roof and gutters! We considered 3 other companies and am so glad we chose Valentine. The office staff, the representatives who came to bid, and the entire crew were friendly, professional, and helpful. The office folks were very communicative and kept me well informed about timing the job. The crew who came to do the roof worked hard and did a fabulous job. They were careful to cover the flower beds, laid tarps, and cleaned up after themselves very well. The job was completed fast, and it looks great. We have a very steep roof, and safety is important to me - I noted that they used safety harnesses and appeared to be using caution. On top of everything, the pricing is competitive! I highly recommend Valentine Roofing.

I would HIGHLY recommend Valentine Roofing. My wife notice water dripping into the kitchen this past Sunday evening (1/29/12). Went into the attic and saw water dripping from the roof. Left a message late Sunday and Connor called me early Monday morning (1/30/12). He asked several important questions trying to get a detail of what was the problem. He quoted me an absolutely fair price and we agreed that his crew show up at 8:30 am Tuesday (1/31/12). His 3 man crew arrived on time and the lead tech, Abraham, found the problem and fixed it within an hour. An absolutely superb experience and I cant thank Connor, Abraham enough. If I ever have another roofing problem I wont hesitate in contacting Valentine Roofing.

Recently I needed to have some roof repairs done. I had 2 other companies come out, one guy looked at my roof for all of 5 minutes and gave me a huge $ estimate, another seemed ok but told me he would mail me my estimate in a week, and the last one I got was Valentine Roofing. I went with them because they were honest and upfront about what my roof needed for repair and I also liked that my estimate was given to me right on the spot. Luis answered all my questions and also did an amazing job with the fix. He also put in the bid to get the moss off my roof which I was happy to hear. I will use them again when I need a new roof. I would recommend them to anyone.

Valentine Roofing just completed work on our roof. Connor Valentine personally kept me up-to-date with schedules and what to expect. Things went better than I expected! The job was done on time and the invoice was exactly what I independently calculated. The crew worked very hard and did an excellent job of cleaning up afterward. I had a few concerns and requests, such as carefully handing down a large and expensive antenna, all were resolved quickly to my satisfaction. I like how this company does business.

The job was completed in one day, clean up was great and follow-up was provided. They went the extra mile and provided details such as very customized flashing to prevent any future wood damage. Excellent work on our roof. The crew was very efficient. The owner was very responsive to any questions or concerns I had before work began. They did the entire roof in one day and then the gutters the next day. Id recommend them to anyone who needs roof work done.

My roof was looking a little mossy and needed to be cleaned. Called for an estimate and had a gentleman out 2 weeks lately. He did a great job and even cleaned my gutters out completely! I will be having them clean my roofs every year in prep for winter.

Did an absolutely perfect job. The 5 man crew had my entire roof ripped off and tar papered in one day. The next day it was raining and they managed to finish the roof and clean everything up. Overall a great and incredibly professional experience.
