I found this company online when I was researching companies to install a new composition shingle roof on my mobile home. I had been in the roofing industry when I was younger so I knew what I wanted and also the whole process of applying a new roof. Tri City was one of four estimates that I got. I was very impressed with the way they were so prompt at getting out to estimate my roof (next day) and also with the proposal that they submitted. I really enjoyed the fact that I received emails as well as a folder of materials pertaining to my roof. On the day they were to start the crew arrived on time and I was able to talk with their foreman Oscar. He was great to work with and was very helpful with working out a counter flashing issue I had concerns with over two different metal awnings. The tear-off was finished within in a few hours then inspection then they began to install the new roof. Everything went smooth as clock work. What amazed me the most was that they completed the roof including new gutters in one day. As far as additional costs it was me who added to my original quote because of how I wanted the counter flashing done. Again kudos to Oscar for working with me on that one. There wasnt much clean up as the crew worked very neatly. Having been in the industry Ive seen the bad and the good. These guys were top notch in my opinion. From the girls in the office to the guys on the roof I was impressed. And this is from a picky know it all who thought he would have to play supervisor over the whole process. Thank you Tri City for doing your job wonderfully and professionally.

Tri-City put a new roof on our home and just finished it last week. Approximately 2000 feet. They took the old shingles and replaced them with top quality ones. We are very pleased as we got a great price in writing before hand and the job is excellent. It took 2 days. The men were professional and punctual and worked hard each day. I would definitely recommend this company. They cleaned up all their trash and stuff, too! Thanks guys!

My wife and I greatly appreciated you coming out to our home during the storm, and for inspecting our roof at no cost. You could have easily said we needed a new roof, but due to your honesty and professionalism, you made us regain the trust in contractors.

It went well, they were on time, performed work in a timely and professional manner, and to expectations. A slight upcharge for some added work (9dryrot) that could not be seen at time of initial inspection, but was reasonable.
