Terrible customer service what kind of barber cant do a proper fade starting from a zero? I waited for over an hour to get seen and then as soon as I sat in the chair and told the barber what I wanted he said I cant do zero fades youll have to wait for him. So I did when I sat in the other chair after another 30 minute wait I was very specific about my hair and where I wanted the hair to fade off. He started cutting and basically gave me a high and tight. I was very very upset when asking for a medium fade and receiving a high fade is very frustrating. I thought when he pulled out his straight razor at least he knew how to do that. Wrong! After he was "done" he pulled out a 2 blade disposable razor and had to redo the entire shave worst barber I have ever been to entire experience was a crap shoot. Never coming back.

5++ stars. I was lucky enough to pass by the Barbershop on my vacation from MD to Claremont. We were in CA to watch our son play tennis. I was undergoing Chemo and it was time to shave my head as the hair began to fall. I wanted to get it over with and thought it be best to find a Barber. I walked into CVH Barbershop and could not have asked for a more compassionate staff (owners) who turned the not so good experience into a joyous occasion by lifting my spirits and giving me the courage to face the circumstance without shame. After the cut, My husband and I left the shop and looked at each other. It was fate. I cannot thank these two gentlemen enough for encouraging me. Such professionals with love in their hearts. Great Community!

The price is about what you can expect from a barbershop (approximately 17 per cut, plus tip), but the people here are always friendly, and Ive never once gotten a bad haircut. They have discounts for college students on Mondays and Tuesdays, too, which is a big help. Definitely recommended.

Good place to go for a QUICK haircut. Theyll have you in and out in 15 minutes easy for $17. But if you want anything detailed (like a line) they wont do it. And only one of the barbers will cut my hair. Not sure why I the other one wont but I have my suspicions...

I showed the barber a photo of what I wanted (actually an older picture of me), but it didnt really come out right. A little pricey for a barber shop, but no wait.

This might be common sense, but this barber shop doesnt cut girls hair :( So even if you just need a trim, plan on another place. Looked nice though!
