I have been to this haircut place since I was just been a toddler. I have to admit that they have the good and bad in this barber shop. Just 15 minutes ago, I had a haircut today and it was THE WORST HAIRCUT I HAVE EVER GOTTEN. It turned out well, but it was bad because they did not follow the directions in what I want them to do. I showed them a picture of a hairstyle I want to have and they said "ok." When I was done... IT DID NOT LOOK LIKE THE PICTURE I HAVE SHOWED THEM. I was so disappointed. I EVEN HAVE TO ASK THEM FOR A COMB AND A MIRROR TO FIX IT, BUT IT WAS TO LATE. In the past, I was good, BUT NOW, THEY NOW CROSSED THE LINE.

Really terrible, I told the lady 3rd chair from the door that I wanted a hide fade into a zero on both sides......when she was done I had a fade on one side and no fade on the other, just went straight to my side part. I was furious and told her that it didnt make sense. She said it was what I asked for but I e gotten my hair cut a million times and nothing this dumb has ever happened. Do no go here ever.

Horrible I tell the Asian lady how I want my haircut she goes and does it her own way she ruins my hair and she purposely give you big number bills so you can give her a big tip. This is the worst barber shop in all of Lake forest I will do everything I can to get this place shut down it is honestly awful. If I can rate less than 1 star I would

Ive been coming here for 15+ years...ever since they were on the corner and before they had to move. Recently I noticed they hired a bunch of new barbers that dont have a good handle on the English language. This results in getting haircuts that are no where near what I asked for. Ive had too many haircuts butchered...Im done.

I was in 7th grade (1995) the first time I walked into Bell Tower. Back then the hair cuts were only $5. Now there $7. 13 years it has been now since Ive been going to bell tower. If you go take a number and wait for Mike. hes the best. His twin brother Gene is great too. So is lilly, franco, peter. Theyre all great.

Just got done with a cut, I came in and described exactly what I wanted and got an okay as if it could be done. I left with a good fade going from my beard to sideburns but the back was really messed up and there was no fade going to the top of my head. I tipped her well but wont ever be going back

I started going here over a decade ago and havent gone to another place since. Gene is my regular barber, and as soon as I sit down, he remembers how I like it plus all the fixins! Haircut, shave (using clippers) and eyebrow trim for $10 plus a tip, hard to beat that anywhere!

always come here for a quick and fast quality cut.. i usually go to Peter but almost all of them do a good job.. and if youre 420 friendly, youd get a kick at all 7 pharmacies located right on the 2nd floor of this strip mall.. haha..

Cant beat an $8 haircut. There is always 10 people ready to cut so no matter how busy you dont wait more than 5 min. You usually get what you pay for, but some of the stylists are better than others. Cash only!!!!
