This company is a rip off.They have the only Monopoly for Uni-mac machines. This is very absurd that they can dictate what they want to charge for parts and service. I found parts in other places for the same thing less by 60%. Once you buy Uni-mac ( which by the way is a comparable machine with no great advantages over its competitors) you are stuck. Its parts are two times higher and Best Way technicians charge more per hour than the doctor charges for a home visit per hour. They, at Best way including the owner are very very rude. Its my way or the highway. I am a hotel owner with ten hotels and three car washes. I will never ever buy a Unimac machine. All others beware. dont get into their cross hair. They will rip you out.

We purchased a Speed Queen stackable washer and dryer for our Veterinary Clinic in April 2015. The pump motor recently quit working and the service department has failed to replace and repair the unit for over 2 weeks now. The service manager said we should have asked to expedite the part (and pay for additional shipping) since they dont stock parts for new models. Even without expediting we were promised the part would have come in days ago. This is ludicrous and a very bad service response for a machine that is only 3 months old. We like the design and the machines worked well for us until it broke and would have understood if it took a few days to repair.
