TERRIBLE. Do NOT go here. I gave them a purse to get the zipper fixed but they didnt know the price, so i told them to give me a call before doing anything so I can know the price. A few weeks later, still no call. I called them myself and they told me they had already put the zipper in WITHOUT MY PERMISSION and charged me 35 dollars. I called them again, explaining my situation nicely and they were so rude to me it was insane. They literally said "I dont have time for this. Whats your point" They would not own up to THEIR mistake and was charging the amount. I told them to just un do the zipper in two weeks time because I am leaving the country in 3. If i dont get it by then, ill come back with the police.

I went to this place and got my shirts done fair price but one time when i gave her my shrits to lanudrey had some brown dirt around the coller, i need those dress shirts for inteview the next day and when i picked up the shirts they were iron but never washed and i asked her about the brown spot on the coller and she said oh that is extra you need to let us know a head of time because thats not inculded in the service i said what you mean by Laundry Shirts i could better at home OMG never go there again and Look for any spot on cloth because its extra and they dont know if she can do get it off or not never again to this place.

I have been taking both my laundry and cleaning to these folks for at least 10 years. Thousands of dollars later, all my shirts and dry cleaning during 7 years a bachelor, I can say that I have never had a bad experience. The people are like family members who take care of my clothes. You may find a cleaners as good, but I seriously doubt you will find one any better.

I have been going to Pro Cleaners for over 4 years. They have excellent customer service and work is GREAT!!! Would recommend it to everyone.
