We left our dry cleaning there and was going to pick it up Saturday afternoon. On the way to pick it up we were 15 minutes late and the place closed, fortunately we saw their employee inside. We showed her our dry cleaning ticket and told her that it is an emergency over 15 times and she just pretend that she didnt hear me. I ask if she could call the owner so that we can pick it up so that I can use the uniform on Sunday (really emergency). Again she pretend that she did not hear anything. We beg and please her to just let us have our uniform and that we will pay her cash and again she just pretend that she didnt hear anything. This is the worst service ever. Dont ever get caught with your emergency stuff because they just dont care. No customer service what-so-ever. Thank you Giant Cleaners I will never ever go to you for any of my dry cleaning again and I will tell all of my friends not to go there. You really SUCK!!!!

This place is a bunch of thieves. The male Korean owner will not accept 1 shirt for laundry and stated that I had to pay double to dry clean it. Who the fu-- ever heard of that? It was $1.90 to laundry and $3.98 to dry clean. I go to surrounding cleaners and they take 1 shirt to laundry plus they are much cheaper than The Giant robbers. Dont come here if you want to pay more! They dont know how to do business . Money money money. They dont want long term business. Dont come here to pay more, there are cheaper dry cleaners in the area.

Been going here about a year. Pretty standard dry cleaner. Clean, modern storefront, and the computerized ticketing by phone number is helpful. The clothes have always been adequately cleaned and pressed.
