Hope you guys like bad reviews.. been a customer for years and was pretty satisfied with the clothes that they would return. I took them a pair a jeans to clean up, when I went to pick them up, there was a bunch of holes and tears along the side of both legs.. I asked what happened and they said that I had spilled battery acid on them! What?? Firstly, the guy that worked on my jeans didnt let anyone know that they came out looking like that to cover his ass. I dont work with batteries, and I never use $68 jeans to work! I talked to the manager over the phone and she said to bring an MSRP of the jeans, thinking that she was going to help me through this she said, "I talked to my husband and he said that there is nothing we can do for you!" It wasnt ever her decision to even try to help me out. They would rather be ignorantly right than to keep a longtime customer happy. Very disappointed! Will also let family and friends know not to go there! And seeing that other customers had similar issues I shouldve known better.

I am very disappointed with the service that was provided. They stained my wifes white dress with the chemicals. We took it back and they refused to accept responsibility. They stated that they would try to fix it. When we picked it up it was the same. The owner still charged for the second time and stated that they tried to fix it. Very Disappointed....

I found a lot of wrinkles on my pants when I picked. They did press again, but the wrinkles were still there. Then they did press again. Finally the wrinkles were gone but my new pants were messed up. Then they said it was a problem of pants, lining problem not their mistake! I will never come back and I do not recommend any neighbor.

Never get your shoes cleaned here. All they do is soak them in water. My white shoes turned yellow because they just soaked in bleach water...and charged $9 for it.

First they stain my dress, I take it back and the stains are still there, and the lady ask me to pay AGAIN for ruining my beautiful dress....Im sad...

Best customer service ! Reasonable prices ! In by 10am out by 4pm for no extra charge !!! You just cant beat that !

I dont like this laundromat, the dryer machines are out of date. I sometimes loose money in them.
