Ill give credit where its due. The owner is very friendly and I was referred there by my friend and I trusted the store. After getting the item I saw my beanie all stretched out I had to throw it away. Considering it was a gift from my late father it took my harder that a cleaner cant dry clean a small beanie correctly. It was back in 2009 so I dont know if owner changed or not but I just had to chime in.

I have been really disappointed with these cleaners. I went twice just to make sure I wasnt the one at fault for the damage done to my husbands ties. But, when I took some pillow covers in, they were returned damaged. Im generally a very easy-to-please customer so it was regretful to have two bad experiences and sad to have to find a cleaner farther from home. The employees, however, were very friendly.

I have been using Yes Cleaners for over 5 years and have am extremely satisfied with their service and performance. In addition to using them for basic dry cleaning services, I have had furniture slip covers and comforters cleaned. I have also used them for alterations as well. I have never been disappointed. Friendly and professional, I use no one else.

This place was very friendly, and did a great job on the shoes that I dropped off. One pair were classic Chuck Taylors, and while they needed a little extra time to finish them, they came back looking great, with just the right amount of patina still showing. They treated them very delicately.

I had my wifes wedding dress restored after being in attic for 40 year. They did a marvelous job, as they do with all regular cleaning. High quality, reasonable cost, and great customer service are their standards.

The best cleaners in Irvine. I have tried many others and by far.. this has to be the best priced and best quality. I highly recommend. They also do alterations! Friendly staff and great quality!
