Do NOT take your clothes here. Do NOT give them your money. Ive been taking my clothes here for the past 5 years and they have stained my clothes, not cleaned them fully, misplaced clothes. I always gave them the benefit of the doubt because of their reasonable price but they have COMPLETELY LOST my business this time. I took my sweater in on 6/15 and they said they were just "rewashing" it when they actually LOST it when I went to pick it up. They told me to come back the next day and they STILL didnt have it. Then they still wouldnt admit that they LOST it and told me to wait ONE MONTH to see if someone would return it. I called after more than 2 weeks and they still didnt have it and after all that, they said they only wanted to pay me $20 for the sweater and all the stress they caused me. The sweater was worth over $100!!! Neha or Meja (the manager) SUCKS! She has the worst customer service EVER. She LIES and she Just wants your MONEY. These are DISHONEST and BAD people. DO NOT TRUST them with your MONEY or your clothes!!! Please!!! Just pay a few extra $$ and get your clothes done right without the stress and hassle and aweful treatment. I learned the hard way. I wont EVER go there again!

After bringing back a pair of jeans that were damaged during the dry cleaning process (the jeans were in perfect condition when I dropped them off) and asking for a refund, the lady refused my request, stating that the jeans were damaged due to the normal "wear and tear" of the dry cleaning process. I argued that if you damage an item during cleaning, you should be responsible for it. But nope - she wasnt hearing any of that. We exchanged words for quite some time but she wouldnt budge. I even asked for her name so I could talk to their manager/owner, but she wouldnt even give that. I dont know about you all, but if people knew that their clothes could be damaged due to the normal "wear and tear" of the dry cleaning, Im sure everyone wouldnt even think of patronizing the business. Oh, and when you deal with a customer whos coming to complain about the service they receive, its probably not best to be condescending either. I tell you, the never of the people working here...heed my advice - stay away from this place!

They ruin clothes and the first thing they do is blame you! Saying that it was your fault or the material of the clothes. The final straw was that they also told me that this was not cleaned here and that I must have taken it else where. RIDICULOUS!!! I was honestly speechless. In order to NOT take responsibility, they flat out said that I must have taken that item and that item alone somewhere else. Hmmmm, I took it elsewhere but picked it up there!!!??? Please read title and heed the advice!!! You always get what you pay for. Cheap price means beyond crappy service. I stayed with them for the cheap price, but at this point Ive paid WAY more in damaged goods that they will never own up to.

I had a sweater that I recently got for Christmas dry cleaned there and they LOST my sweater. The manager wouldnt admit that they LOST it. She just kept saying that they had to "rewash" it so that told me to come back in a few days, which I did and they still didnt have it. So then they told me to wait a whole month to see if it would be returned and it wasnt. AFter all that, they only wanted to pay me 10% of the dry cleaning fee for the sweater ($20). The sweater was worth at least $100. The manager (MEJA/NEJA) hung up on me when I tried to resolve it over the phone with her. Incredibly POOR/BAD BAD BAD service. Do NOT give this business your money or time of day. Youll REGRET it!

Great Cleaner, Very Co-operative and courteous Staff, Best Cleaning for your Buck. Quality Cleaning for the Best Price. Very knowledgeble Staff. I had a Curtain with fire retardand and blackout Material with the Lots of Yellow Stains and Ravi Knwe exactly what needed to be done, I got that back It looked like Brand knew. They go out of their way to help you with the soulutions.Very Reasonable Price. I will recommend everyone this place best value for your buck

Business like this with attitude like the owner(Seema) do not last very long. I went back after a year to see if they had improved but looks they have gone worst. They took 4 out of 17 shirts and told my son these will be hand washed/ironed as they are colored. My son did not realize that they are overcharging for those. I called to let her know to not to wash those but off course it was to late. Will never go back again.

I am using this cleaner for last six months.Excellent service with very low price.my old drycleaner use to charge $8.00 & up per garment.I really enjoying going to this place and highly recommend to other people.$1.25 dress shirt laundry& $2.00 for dry clean wow!!!!!!!!!!!

Been going here for about 2+ years. Never had a problem. They get you in and out quick and at a reasonable price. FYI you have to pay cash upfront when dropping off cloths. They usually have coupons through ValPak as well.

new ownership is simply refusing to repair, replace or compensate for damaging a few garment pcs. owner even asked that i discontinue using their services because i complained about these issue.

do not go their. the service and dry cleaning are very poor. pay an extra dollar and go to a good place where they dont ruin your clothes.

I know there are some bad reviews here but Ive never had a problem with any of my stuff there and Ive been using them for 2 years.
