One star because the clerk was very nice. Two stars because blouse was clean and pressed. But no more stars because they are very old school in their ways, and if you dont have your claim ticket, or you loose your claim ticket you will not get your items back. This system needs to be updated. Also, I had two baseball caps cleaned here. Not only was it very expensive to get them cleaned, they did a terrible job. The hats were clean, the white one still had stained along the brim, but the problem was they destroyed the shape of the hat. If I wanted to just wash them, I could have done that myself. I took them here to get professionally cleaned so it would keep the firmness of the hat. They have completely lost shape. I could have done a better job. It was $5.50 per hat, which I will probably never wear because they ruined the shape. Ill never come back here. But not bad if you are just looking for someone to wash your clothes. $4.50 for my blouse.

Ive been coming here for years. Jack is a such a genuine, kind, honest human being. He is also an expert tailor and his alterations on my suits have been phenomenal. I wouldnt trade his service for anyone else.

They werent able to get all the stains out, but they were very nice and honest in explaining the shortcomings.
