Not very helpful at all. Had an emergency need and even though their machine was still running, they would not help at all. No alternative recommendations or anything, basically tried to get rid of me as soon as possible. Mr. Best Cleaners, down the road, pointed me to Bronco Cleaners, a competitor, to help me in my emergency....at least they tried. Mr. Best has better service and better reviews, go there

Took a down comforter in , received it back in 2 days and was worse than when we took it in. Cost: $20.00. Took it back and they claimed it had been cleaned without even looking at it! Inevitably Bronco cleaners is off our list. Terrible business practices!
