Trusted them with about $900 worth of designer shirts and pants. They shrank all of my shirts and pants dramatically. They texture of the fabric on all the clothing was totally ruined. It looked as though my clothes were 15 years older after they cleaned them. I asked them if they were willing to address this and they chose to ignore me continuously. Stay away. I have to replace these clothes now because they are all so shrunk and damaged.

Loved the RSM store but was sad when they closed. When I moved to Irvine I was thrilled to find an Al Phillips 5 minutes from me. I refuse to go anywhere else! The location is very convenient and parking is a breeze. I even use their drop off and delivery service when Im low on time. Prices are very fair for expensive Irvine living!

Im a RDH Health Practitioner and nothing is more important to me than having spot free, clean, and professional scrubs/lab coats for myself and my patients. PERIOD. This place consistently has done a great job and is priced fair for the expensive bubble of Irvine.. My Fiancé goes here too and also likes it :)
