Ive been getting my clothes cleaned here for many years. Unlike some of the other reviews, I never had any issues with receiving damaged goods. However I did feel that the cost was pricey, my clothes were becoming delayed from the promised pick-up date and the customer service was non-existent -- so I turned to yelp for an alternate cleaner in Irvine. The business that came out with the top reviews was Heritage Cleaners. So after going with Heritage for a few times I noticed that the price wasnt all that much different, however what I did notice clearly was the super friendly and helpful customer service at Heritage and punctual pick-up times. After using both business, my conclusion is University Park Center Cleaners isnt terrible, but at the same time isnt anything to write home about either. However the bland customer service and delays in pick-up definitely led me to take my business elsewhere.

DO NOT COME TO THIS DRY CLEANER!! they ripped my jacket on the first time I was there! When I went back to the store the guy at the registrar(possibly the manager or owner) refused to do anything about it. Terrible customer services! I will never go back to this place again.

I cant speak for how good their work is, nor for how reasonable their prices are. But I can tell you they wouldnt even give me a price estimate over the phone. All I wanted to know was how much it would cost to have my sport coat dry cleaned. Very lame.

First time here. Came in for alterations as well as dry cleaning. The cashier/receptionist was full of smiles even though she has probably been working all day. Great customer service overall.

Ruined my clothes, instead of apologizing and offering compensation, they denied of wrong doing, they suggest I should get a refund from the store I purchased from. Never going back.
