THIS PLACE IS HORRIBLE. Im never going there again. Back in January, I dropped off my clothes and when I went back on the day they promised they will be done, they said my order was not ready. I went back a week later. It was done but one of my cashmere sweater was missing. The owner promised to look for it again and call me the next day. I didnt get his call until a week later only saying that he couldnt find it and was still trying. A month went by and I didnt hear from them at all, so I finally went in again. I asked for a refund on my order and a claim on my lost item, the girl at the store that day just kept on saying the owner wasnt there and I had to wait for him. I finally got a call from the owner that afternoon but I had to go in AGAIN to get my refund and file a claim for their insurance company to compensate me for my lost item. As of today (almost 5 months later) I still havent got compensated. I have to say the tailor is great, but the service and how they handled the situation was just horrible. DONT GO THERE!

my gf brough her dry cleaning to this place. Being new to irvine, we though well give them a try. First thing, theyre over priced compared to many other places. The charge $18 for suits. You figure for $18, youll get speedy, good service. Turn around time was 3 full days. Turned out to be 4 because when we went to pick up our items, they told us one of the items was still wet. So we had to come back the next day. They also did not clean one of the items because they said the button was broken. My gf said she is positive the button on her suit was not broken when she brought it in. Would not come here again. Called around irvine, and found places for 1/3 the cost.

Dont take your clothing here!!!! They lost some clothing I dropped off. I dropped off 5 shirts and 4 pairs of pants. They lost one pair of pants. They promised me they would get it back to the next day and call me. They never called and when I called them back they told me they had no idea where they were!!!! I never was called by the owner Sean and was treated rudely by an employee there, Johnathan. NEVER USE THIS PLACE!!! THEY WILL LOSE YOUR CLOTHES!!!!

Thank you! Thank you! My favorite suit got food stains and needed to be removed before one of most important meeting of the year! Patricia and Aracelli assured me it would ready and cleaned by next day at 5. Not only was it in perfect condition,like brand new, but had it ready next morning! Shawn who owns this place takes amazing pride in customer service with right cost. They are awesome and words cant describe my gratitude! Good job on awesome service!

NEVER GET YOUR STUFF ALTERED OR DRY-CLEANED HERE THIS PEOPLE DON’T KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING. THE LADY BUTCHERED MY BRIDAL DRESS AND WOULD NOT ADMIT TO ANY WRONGFUL DOING AND WOULD NOT REFUND ME MY MONEY. THEY ARE SCAM ARTIST THAT SHOULD NOT OPERATE A BUSINESS. Great cleaners and great staff. Ive gone to West Park Cleaners for several years. The staff are great, some know me well. Ive never had an issue with lost or damaged clothing. Prices are reasonable and clothing is ready within a day or so. Mostly, I like the friendly service. Ive been to other cleaners in the neighborhood and not had satisfactory experience.

DO NOT GO THERE!!! Im never going back. Terrible customer service!!! Wont refund you anything! Instead will tell you that its all your fault! Theyve redone my dress 4 times, it took him 3 weeks and finally they returned it ripped:( Talk to the manager... he just laughed at me when I asked to refund my money for the cleaning!!! Avoid them!!!

Ive been a customer of Westpark Cleaners for over 10 years. Ive had clothing dry cleaned and also had items altered by their tailor. I have always had a positive experience and highly recommend this business to friends and coworkers. Keep up the great work!

Been their customer for 1 1/2 years. They destroyed my Hugo Boss shirt and pants. Was okay with that until they told me it was my fault. All I wanted was for them to admit and make sure it will never happen again. Avoid this place.
