Unfortunately these people do not take responsibility for lost items. The owner will simply reimburse you the cost of your service...not the item that they lost. They will not even apologize. I have used these people for a while and it took MONTHS to get shirts boxed...even with specific instructions...then they proceed to loose a very expensive shirt and accept no responsibility. The owner only speaks through employees...too chicken to call the customer herself. BEWARE!

Just got back from Vegas. Took 2 dress shirts, a pair of mens pants, and 4 simple dresses. Cost me $100 supposedly because of the smoke. Will never go back, and either should you.

Manager is very nice, resolved some issues and the results of the cleaning were very good. I really appreciated the way the manager handled the situation and does business.

Overpriced and definitely not one of the top cleaners in the area, there is another cleaner on San Miguel that is much better
