The first time I went here, they ripped a button off a very expensive pair of pants to a Gorgio Armani suit of my boyfriends. They had nothing to say but "sorry". I was forgiving because maybe it was an accident. A month ago, I dropped off my fav pair of jean shorts to have the zipper replaced. They LOST them and they have been giving me the "run around" to come back again a week later because "maybe they will be found". I know how that game works. After the 4th time I went in there today, they finally said oh you need to buy a new pair and bring the receipt before we will replace them. Really? Could you have not told me that the last two times I came in. The cashiers were not nice! I didnt ask for the company to lose my shorts and for them to not care. The lady in front of me too was also bringing in 3 pairs of shorts that had buttons also ripped off. I see a trend. Will not go here ever again except to get my refund.

Ive been with these guys for years now and I must say they are the best at what they do... DRYCLEANING and Laundry Service! Outstanding! No worries with the small parking lot because they are more than happy to take your order to you. You dont even need to park your car! The clothes always look and smell like new when I pick them up. Once I inadvertently left money in one of my suit pockets and surprisingly it was returned! Its nice to know you can still find honest people doing an honest job in this day and age. When asked where is a "good" cleaners, I respond with Dry Clean Factory the best in the Corona and surrounding area!

I recently moved to Corona from the bay area . I asked around my neighborhood for suggestions on a good cleaners in the area. I heard from several people that Dryclean Factory was the best and that I should give them a try. That was over eight months ago and I am estatic to this day with their consistent level of service. They are open seven days a week and also offer curb side service! Needless to say I wont be going anywhere else.

These guys are great, cleaning is done quickly and on premise, used to go to Boston Cleaners and they send everything out, this place is family owned and their employees take care of your needs, always offering to help you out to your car, sometimes my clothes are waiting for me when I walk in the door, love their attention to detail and they are open 7 days a week!

This cleaners is amazing, my clothes always come back perfect without that weird "dry cleaning" smell. The staff is great they treat you like a friend not just a customer. They care about the environment too with a hanger recycling program. I highly recommend this place!!

Ive been going to this cleaners for awhile now . The owners are always there and greet you with a smile . They offer curb side service when parking is bad . My clothes come back clean and smell fresh ! I dont trust anyone else in the area !
