I LOVE THESE PEOPLE!!! Power Cleaners has been an amazing service for me and my family. They are incredibly kind, professional, swift, efficient, and definitely know what they are doing. I have a satin robe which means a lot to me. My husband, 5 years ago, accidentally stained it with a black pen in the dryer. I was heartbroken but refused to toss it away. I found Power Cleaners, last year, and brought my robe to them, just in case there was something they could do. THEY GOT EVERY BIT OF INK OUT and pressed it so beautifully, it looked brand new! I like to drop my laundry off and have them deliver it. The nice thing is that if I needed it sooner, I could popover and pick it up rather than wait for the delivery. If you are a new mother, know a family about to have a baby, or know of someone whom could use the help, definitely get them a gift card for Power Cleaners. There is nothing like having someone else take care of your laundry so that you can catch up on sleep, family time, projects, or be at the hospital.

I went in to this cleaners with a couple of my brothers white button down mens shirts and three of my white button down womens shirts. We work at the same place and have to wear the same attire. The only difference between the two is that one is fit for men and the other women. He charged my brothers shirts 2.25 and charged me 5.00. He said they had to be hand washed when i never asked for that. I called them to try and figure it out and i told him if it didnt get fixed i was going to go somewhere else. He said "dont threaten me with that and to go somewhere else then". Im sorry but thats not how you treat your CUSTOMERS. THEY made the mistake. These shirts are the exact same except for the fit. They are completely rude! Would recommend going elsewhere to people who charge you a fair rate and are nice to you and speak english!!!

***update*** Went back there recently to see if last time was a fluke. Went to get my pants tailored.. 1 inch too short and did nothing yo the seat.. Now it looks like my pants cant cover my ankles and Im wearing a soggy diaper... I highly recommend you go anywhere else for tailoring services.. Ive spent over 100$ there and still havent had done what I asked for.. Absolutely terrible Everyone I come here I have issues. They finally convinced me to come back and I brought some uniform pants in to be taken in at the waist and brought to an appropriate length. 90 dollars later and I find out while Im taking my promotion photo that they DID NOTHING TO THE PANTS. 90$ for double creases and nonsense

I am very picky about my dry cleaning, I enjoy nice things like most people do, nice fabric and good clothing is not cheap, so being picky about who is taking care of my clothes, to many times they ruined lost or messed up my clothes, so knowing that I wanted someone that will take care of my clothes as if it where there own. When I met Peter and his family I knew from the first moment after talking with them that they where serious about there customer and their business, the type that will make sure you are taken care of and you are happy with their services. I know their are a lot of dry cleaners in the market place but their is only one Power Cleaner in Lake forest! Thank you Peter!

My favorite dry cleaners of all time! They were able to remove extremely stubborn old stains out of my favorite clothes. Theyre always friendly and provide AMAZING service. I no longer live close to this location but I make the drive anyway since Ive had stuff ruined by other cleaners. The prices are a bit high, but in my opinion are worth the time and effort of going to a new place or replacing garments. They also have shoe repair/cleaning and tailoring services.

They are my dry cleaner and have been for almost 3 years now. When I recently was in there they sold me there own Detergent and Softener for your home washers and yes they also of HE products. The best part is If you buy your detergent from them they back it up! if the stain wont come out they clean it for free at the Dry Cleaner. They also will deliver the detergent to your house for free if you run out!

I took my wifes colored suede jacket there to be cleaned and got it back 2 weeks later at a charge of over $60! If they had told me these jackets are expensive or even quoted me a price I could have made a more informed decision. I have not had good luck with this cleaner in the past and dont recommend them.
