Appalling! I went in to get my pants that I had left to be hemmed. The manager (she made sure I was aware she was the manager) told me she would NOT give me my pants because she couldnt find me in her system and I didnt have my ticket. Okay, I can get it, but wouldnt there be other ways to find my items? She was incredibly rude, abrasive, and hostile. Come to find out, they put my name and phone number in their system incorrectly (and blamed me for it). I even stated I would write a bad review (which by the way I NEVER do) and her response was, "I dont care you can put it on the internet, in the newspaper and tell your friends, I dont care." It was after I left that she called my number to tell me she figured it out. I sent my husband. When he arrived, he stated she was immediately apologetic. He told her I was upset and he has a small business, so was open to what she had to say. He had asked her if getting a description of the items (very distinctive brands of jeans) would have been an option. She stated she couldnt even get there! What?! He told her that in order to keep customers she should really consider being a little more helpful and not so hostile and rude. She apologized again. I went here because the previous orders were AMAZING! The nicest people. I have taken many items to the location in the past. These new owners are HORRIBLE!!!! I found out later she is the daughter of the owner. I do not recommend this cleaners/tailor. There are plenty of others in the vicinity that are appreciative of their customers. I should have looked on Yelp before I went here after the new owners sold) I would have gone elsewhere. I am so incredibly disappointed.

Firstly, I came to the mall for a sale shopping. And one of the shirts I purchase from the mall had a hole on the bottom. So I came straight here recommended by the employee at the mall shop. They did an incredible job while I waited in the tailor shop. I didnt pay much and it was a .5 hole. So I just decided to give a tip which she earned. I will be coming back here for other alterations as well as dry cleaning. The location is great, you can shop and get clothes fitted to your certain need.

I have been going here for many years and I have always had the best experience here. Vicky always measures up my suit and they always turn out perfectly to my body size. The owners son always rings me up and sometimes slips me in a discount. I recommend this place for anyone who needs alterations. Thanks!
