I used the Celebrity Cleaners in Newport Beach and was very satisfied. We recently moved down to So. Orange County and I thought i would try this one expecting the same great job. Was I ever disappointed. I took in my dress shirts and I think they looked better before these monkeys got a hold of them. I dont mind paying a premium for good service, but paying the higher prices for crappy service does not sit well. Avoid this place at all costs. they really dont deserve to be in business.

Not even worthy of 1 star... The customer service is nonexistent and indifferent at best.... Went in a couple minutes before closing and was told they had already closed .... After being a customer for over 10 years I was not very happy.... Was told I could not even drop my things off... Was even more "UNHAPPY" when the guy after me was waited on as if business was usual and left his things..NICE

They do a fine job and I have no complaints. They always send coupons in the mail, or you can print them out from their website.
