I met Jerry and his family when looking for a home in their area. I spent almost an hour talking to them about their neighborhood and schools. They made me fel like I was talking to a family member a know all my life. When I found out he has a body shop I immediatelly had him work on one of my cars. This man wehnt beyond and above what I would consider standard. He had me drop off my car in fron of his house and pick it up when done.Job was done on time and very professionally. I paid out of pocket and his price was very fair for the job. A few months later my wife got rear ended so I went with Jerry again. He is very professional, knows the business well, including insurance companies and what I can expect.He provided me with plethora of information and helped me even when the other persons insurance was dragging their feet. I always called with with questions in the process and he called me right back and provided valuable feedback. When I was ready to have hi fix the car,he gave me realisic figures and timeframes to which he sticked like a clock. The car came out very clean and all was fixed very well. He is far beyond awesome. I would recommend this man to anyone. In this time and age it is rare to find someone who treats you humanly and does not look only at the money but puts his p[riority on dveloping lasting relationships with his clients.May God bless and prosper Jerry and his sweet family.

So with any service (especially related to automotive service) there are three things that in my opinion make or break a company/business. First is overall outcome. So basically what you take it in for actually is fixed, done in a timely manner and isnt way over priced. Second is of course customer service. how they treat you up front and continually is usually a key factor in customer satisfaction. And third (and I cannot stress this enough) is communication, communication, communication!! How many times have you taken a car in for any kind of service and then suddenly you get thrown in to limbo and have to fight (literally and metaphorically) to figure out what the heck is going on? Fields not only did all 3 perfectly, it was done with professionalism and promptness, unlike any I have seen in years. I was informed constantly as to what the status was, what the insurance company was doing, etc. It exceeded all my expectations and I honestly cannot say it enough people. If you need auto body service and are anywhere near this guy (I happily traveled from Irvine for this) do yourself a favor and just go straight there. EXCELLENT!

When looking for a reputable Auto Body shop, I, like so many of us rely on reviews from others who have been there. Well let me tell you, "Anyone needing Body Work or Paint for their vehicles, no need to look further!! Jerry, the owner of Fields Auto Body, was so down to earth and nice throughout the entire process. He explained how the claim process would work and that as soon as the insurance estimator comes out, he would start on the work immediately. My car looks like brand new, and there is no rough feeling overspray in jamb areas and edges of the doors, (usually where we in the car business check for repaint) The job came out like factory paint and the work was flawless! Great job Jerry, I would recommend anybody to you and will most certainly be back for other work Ive been putting off!!

Mr. Henson was so patient and caring to the customers needs. He sent us pictures as he was working in the car and let us know when things were being done. He worked with the insurance companys to ensure the parts of the car fit perfectly and if not he sent the bad parts back until he hadid parts that fit perfectly. His work is very meticulous and very detail-oriented from the blending of the paint to getting different screws that fit better in the car. He told me that I wouldnt even able of tell that my car had been in an accident and he was right it looked as good as I bought it. On top of it all he detailed the car inside and out with out even asking. I would go back to Fields every time due to the amazing service I got when I was there!

I was rear ended on my Nissan Murano and I was looking for a good place to repair it, after visiting 3 more body shops I decided to work with Fields Auto Repair because when I meet Jerry he was not worry to see the insurance estimate, he explain to my the process of reparation and also the best way to do it, he and he’s crew is professional and friendly. They worked with insurance paper work and handled for me. Prior to star working they let you know everything you car need it and keep you updated all the process, his work is really great! My car looks like the accident never happen, thanks Jerry and Fields Auto Body. I recommend your shop to others looking for a great service and excellent reparations.

Overall Throughout my continuous visits of body shops I must say Fields Auto Body is THE ABSOLUTE BEST, coming into the shop feeling distressed due to the fact that my 15" Civic was wrecked I came out receiving the car as if it had just came out of the dealer, The owner Jerry really does a great job in ensuring His customers are satisfied. Would 100% recommend. As stated Ive seen work done at other shops but I have to say that within the IE(Corona, Riverside etc.) this is the absolute best you get what you pay for here. My quarter panel was totally screwed up and within a couple weeks Jerrys Team @ Fields took care of it. Very easy to work with. This is now my go to body shop.

Jerry made our experience at Fields Auto Body a pleasant experience. We had a new 2013 Subaru BRZ that had been hit. My husband and I were devastated, but more so very nervous about turning the car over to Jerry and having the body work done right. Jerry gave us his word, that he would take care of the car and us as customers, to make us happy and satisfied. I have to say, Jerry did exactly what he promised. The Subaru looked Great!!!! Fields Auto Body Shop was excellent and a pleasant surprise even after having to deal with the car accident that resulted in the need for their services. Jerry was quick to have me in and out during the drop off of my car; he even contacted the car rental company so they would be there to take me to my rental. Also, Jerry was great about keeping me updated on the status of the repairs. But most importantly, the quality of the repair was outstanding.
