Theyre under contract with Melbourne police depart and were called to pick up my wifes vehicle when she was involved in an accident. The driver was extremely rude to my wife completely ignoring her until she got the officer on scene involved and refused to take the vehicle anywhere other than his lot. My wife asked to take pictures of the vehicle before he left and was told by the driver to take the pictures at the lot. I arrived on scene as he was leaving, loaded my wife and son and went straight to the lot. They would not let me in, told me theyre closed and would charge me a $55 gate opening fee if i wanted to take pictures of my vehicle. They rarely have someone in the office and make you jump thru hoops to get you vehicle released. They are a bunch of crooks and i will never do business with them again.

Professional Auto body shop. They were very nice when i walked into the shop. They greeted me and got right to the estimate. Bill the owner came out and gave me a precise estimate and a great price. I was very satisfied with there customer service so i decided to let them do the body repair. They gave me a day that it would be done. Let me tell you i showed up when they told me to and my car looked amazing. All the body work was fixed by a professional because you couldnt see that the car was ever in an accident. They even detailed the car for me so it was almost like i was picking up a brand new car. 100% Customer Satisfaction.
