RIPPED ME OFF. Paid over $600 and never fixed my car. Treated me like a kid and tried to give me my car back worse then it was when i brought it in. I told him he needed to drive my car at least for fifteen minutes before symptoms would occur, the reciept he gave me showed he only drove it 5 miles, definitely not 15 mins worth. I test drove it and took it right back to him. I gave him a few more days and he said the car was ready and running good after more useless repairs (crank shaft sensor, Ignition module, Mass air flow sensor). I got my car back and the same initial problem was occurring. This is when i decided to pick it up and take it somewhere else. I took it to another mechanic to find out my mass air flow was bad. He replaced my mass air flow with an old faulty remanufactured one. I called him back 2 days later and he didnt even remember who I was. I would not recommend this shop to anybody. PEOPLE< DONT MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE I DID, GO TO ONE OF YOUR FAMILY MEMBERS TRUSTED MECHANIC SHOPS. --------------Also checked online for parts prices and found them cheaper then what he sold me. Pathetic, and he trhough away my old parts

I replaced my car alternator three months ago at this shop and two days ago the battery light came on the dash board so I took it back to this shop since I have a full year of warranty. When I got there, Mark said, give us two hours and the car will be ready. Agreed and provided my info so that Mark can call me back when all is done but never got a call. called back four hours later and talked to Mohammed and he told me they did not look at the car yet and will only able to do that the next day. In addition he mentioned that he will leave a loaner car keys after 7pm under the door mat on that same day. I thanked him and went at 7pm to pick the car up and no matts nor keys in front and back of their shop. The next day, I called three times and no one answered my call so I ubered to the shop and it was locked and no one was there. No notice of bankruptcy nor any note "Will be back soon" for customers... This is insane. I will have to go home and get my spare key and take the car somewhere else..One star is too much for their service..

Ripped off. Took my van in, was making noise in the front. They replaced the front struts. Since then the car was pulling to the right. The owner told me he just got an alignment machine and he could align the car for $80. My wife brought the car in the next day and he charged her $90 for the alignment. The car continued to pull and eventually the front tire blew out due to wear. Brought the car to Firestone and they told me that the car looked like it had major suspension work and was never aligned. They fixed it and it rides perfect now. I dont think RSM Auto ever actually performed an alignment at all.

Ive been taking my car here for several years now, and they always do a great job. They tell me exactly what theyre going to do, how much it will cost and when my car will be ready. And then they deliver on all three. Mohammad (the owner) has always been honest and helpful, and he gives a great value for what he charges. Im extremely happy with the service here, and I recommend Rancho Automotive and towing without reservation.
