I took my Mustang there for a repaint. I was told I would get $5000 paint job for $1700. What I got was the worst paint job ever. Burn marks, white spots all over the car,runs, drips etc. I brought the car back and left it there for a couple weeks. When I got it back same horrible issues. Shortly after that someone backed into my car and did minor damage. Like an idiot I decided to give Chris one more chance. What a mistake that was.Not only did they keep my car for weeks, but ended up doing severe damage to my car. Apparently they had issues starting it. It had a brand new balanced and blueprinted engine with all new accessories and components from JBA racing. It also had a fully upgraded suspension. Some idiot tried to jump start my car. I have the battery in a stainless steel box in the trunk. The ended up shorting out the car. The end result brand new Billet distributor and MSD igniton box needed to be replaced. Also when they "towed" it out of the shop the alignment was so bad, they must have yanked it out. They did damage to the front end which I still can not get repaired. I paid him also to repair a back seat which he said he did, but never actually touched. His voicemail is always full and he does not return calls. His phone was disconnected a few times because of lack of payment. He is disorganized and lies at will. After spending a total of almost $3000 at his shop, I had to spend over $2500 to get it repaired back a at JBA. So it ends up I have a car that I spent thousands to upgrade that now has ongoing issues due to Chriss handywork. The seat was never fixed. he never repaid the money he owes me (for the damage he caused) because he stated he was broke. I would not even feel that bad if he at least had done a decent job on the paint and body work (after the third attempt). Full on drips at the bottom of the car, which is an embarrssment. Blobs of bondo on the hood which was never repaired. I took my car there because of glowing reviews. His workers appear to be on crystal and were actually blowing chunks when I went to see my car (the flu he said..right). My car was driven up on one side of the curb, so they could see ? Again doing damage to the suspension. WTF. He talked a good talk, but when it came push to shuv, he never came through and actually made things worse for me. he tried to back pedal and tell me my car was worse off and he did a great job ? What ? Do not patronize this shop you will most likely be sorry. I was that I ever met Chris. My story has more to it, but I think you get the jist of it.

I would give Chris and the guys "6 Stars" if I could! ABSOLUTELY OUTSTANDING!!! I couldnt be happier. Thank you, other reviewers for helping me find this place. After reading all the excellent reviews online from other customers I decided to take my Nissan 370Z here. Quick, very knowledgeable, super honest and straight forward, very flexible and he genuinely cares about his customers. Pricing was VERY reasonable. Very fair. Doesnt try to upsell the customer. Work was done on time as promised (actually even a day or 2 ahead of schedule) I initially got a quote from another auto body with high yelp ratings and Chriss estimate was wayyy less. At first I was quite skeptical... its kind of a rough/grungy neighborhood and his quote was a lot lower. I finally said ok though and chose Accurate Auto Body. I had done my homework on here and learned it would be in good hands. And it was. They did a phenomenal job. When I picked up the car, it looked brand new, like the day I drove it off the dealership lot! Chris really is the nicest guy youll ever meet (just as many other reviewers have written) He is the real deal. A++++++++ Highly recommend.

These other good reviews FLOOR me! This is the single worst experience I have had for a car repair EVER! Not only did they take 3 times as long as promised to do the work, my car looks like crap and I will have to pay someone else to fix it since Chris says it is as good as he can make it! You can see every single scratch and repair and you can also see the line where they painted! It looks like a little kid fixed them with some melted black crayons! There is also new damage on my car that they did to it when it was in the shop. I went to the shop at least twice expecting the car to be done and it was not... (I had been told by Chris that it would be done and got no call to tell me otherwise before driving all the way over there!) and then when he came to get me once it was "done", it was not done! It looked HORRIBLE! He had to do two of the rims that I had paid for that were not done at all and touchup all of the scratches he had promised to repair while I stood there. (This after him being an hour and half late to pick me up!) HORRIBLE< HORRIBLE< HORRIBLE!!! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! They are a ripoff and a bunch of hacks!

Flexible Assembly

***WARNING DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS GUY!!! I brought my car to him and he told me I was getting an "+A" paint job for a "B" price. What should have cost me $500 for a small dent cost me a lot more in money, time, and stress... 1) Within the first day I dropped off the car he called me to tell me they lost my $300 key 2) He asked me for more of a deposit because he didnt have any cash to buy another key 3) I purchased another key with the understanding he would pay me back or discount the final invoice 4) They didnt match the paint correctly and it looked horrific 5) He kept telling me he needed a another day to blend the colors 6) 1 week later I finally went by to see what he was doing and in order to try and "blend" the paint paint colors he painted 1/2 the car (The original dent was only 6 inches small). 7) I ended up having to take my car back with a messed up paint job. 8) I took it to another body shop and it cost me $2500 to fix his horrible workmanship. BEWARE! This guy is a liar and will tell you everything but the truth!

Looking over one of these responses it was almost exactly what this Chris guy did to me. I had a collision in Spring Valley awhile back and had my car towed to Acurate Auto. I asked Chris specifically looking at the car if he could have this done in two weeks because I need it for work. He said no problem, not even two weeks- and 3 months passed before I got that car back.He kept telling me it would be done by the end of the week, EVERY WEEK. He continually lied to me and gave me excuses. I was in a bad spot. Here he has me vulnerable because I could not afford to tow it out of his shop. He overcharged my insurance company and then tried to get me to pay out of pocket. I never got a loaner car from him, and my insurance company paid for that too! Talking with a few of the folks that work for him, they told me that he does this all the time. They fealt bad for me and even told me I should tow it out. Believe me I would have! My job and finances suffered from this ordeal. I felt used driving out of this shop.
