Run around and very poor communication. First we showed up after making an appointment/verifying with the receptionist two weeks prior, only to be told they had no time/space currently to take on another vehicle. After a little complaining, and telling them my fiance had taken the week off of work to get her car fixed, they agreed to take it. My vehicle had very minor front end damage, but after getting it apart (nearly a week later) they determined it was now a total loss, and someone would have to come look at it. Several days later I had been trying to get a hold of Ryan for 4 hours to get a status update. Spoke to the receptionist and a customer service manager. They both took my name and number, and told me Ryan was busy with a customer and would call me back in 15-30 minutes. He finally called me back the next day. He told me he had good news...he spoke with my insurance, and they were gonna repair my vehicle, but not cover an exhaust leak. This was last Tuesday. He said he was going to lean on his guys to get it done by Friday if at all possible. So here we are, the next Monday, and we call for another status update (shouldnt they be calling us???). They take a message, and a few minutes later we get a call back from our insurance company, who begins by telling us payout figures for the total loss. After some confusion and discussion, it turns out that their adjuster never made it out to look at the vehicle to even determine if it was a total loss until FRIDAY. At the very least, someone from Caliber should of called us on Friday to let us know plans changed. And, in reality, they should of never told us it was repairable if my insurance hadnt looked at it yet. Sorry for the long post, but people need to know what theyre getting into. Here I sit, 2 weeks later, and my vehicle is still in pieces, has a salvage title now, and Im waiting for it to be put back together. I should of just went to the mom n pop body shop Ive used before in San Bernardino. Would of saved me alot of headaches, and probably would of saved me being stuck with a salvage title on my vehicle. Live and learn...

They told me it would take 8-10 days to repair my vehicle. It took over 6 weeks. Due to the fact that my insurance only covered 30 days for a rental car, I was told that they would cover the additional days. Then I was charged $731 from Enterprise anyway. Now my air conditioning doesnt work, and this vehicle is less than 3 years old. My tire rubs the inside of the fender wall when I turn right. I called yesterday and asked them to refund the charge for the rental. The lady on the phone said that she would call me back by the end of the day. Never heard back from her. If I could give this place negative stars I would. Awful experience.

POOR SERVICE, SHODDY JOB. Caliber did a decent job at fixing the dents in our car but did a poor job with the moldings, they fell off just a few days after leaving Caliber Collision Centers. It has been a headache trying to get them to re-fix the inferior work that they did. They were not accommodating when trying to make an appointment to solve the issue and when an appointment was finally settled on, they showed up and opened 30 minutes late. There was also trouble with Caliber Collisions dealing with our insurance regarding payment, paperwork and authorization. We would not recommend this center.

This place is terrible! I took my Chevy Volt there for repairs after my accident on 12/03/2014. After 2 months and $19,000 I finally got my car back on 02/07/2015! When I got my car back, there were still broken glass from the accident in my driver side pocket! There were glue that was left on the rear passenger side door and one of my cargo net knob was missing. Anyway, I called and ask them about the knob for weeks, they said that they will send it to me, but I havent got anything in the mail yet. I will not refer anyone to Caliber Collision ever again.

We took our car there suggested by our insurance. Katrina greeted me courteous, was very pleasant and attentive. Mike Pavich was courteous, professional and very detailed. He kept us updated as to the progress of the car, which we were very pleased. He said the car would be ready in 3 weeks, NOT, he actually had it ready 5 days before the due date. Which we were also very happy. The car looked great! No flaws at all. It was perfect. They did an awesome job! We will always recommend them! Great team work! Thank you all. David & Suki.

Ryan and his team took care of me and my Subaru. When my car was first dropped off, I was originally quoted 2 weeks for a repair, but after further inspection was quoted 3 weeks. Almost every other day I was sent an email with updates of my car and the status. Every time I called and had questions about my repair, Ryan was there to answer. My car was involved in a 4 car pile up and had extensive front end and rear damage; my car was the middle car. Caliber was recommended by my insurance.

Had my vehicle in the shop for about 3 weeks. Just got it back on 4-6-17. Everything that was damaged was repaired with no problems. However several valuables from my car were missing. I know we are responsible for whatever items we might leave in our car. But I honestly thought of Caliber Collision as a prestigious body shop. Think again! If you take your vehicle here make sure to remove items from your car. Looks like they have thieves for employees.

Ive taken two cars there cause thats what insurance companies told me to do and both times this company has managed to screw something up. Took my audi A4 and the job they did looked good until i got home and looked at the other side of the car and saw there was black overspray all along the opposite side of the car. You would think a company would be more professional and careful with their work. Guess not.

Recently posted a very bad review of this shop, I was contacted by both the manager and a regional Rep. They explained to me that they were in a transitional period with management. Now the new manager has assured me that they will take care of all my issues and rectify this situation. It seems genuine and I am hopeful, if all goes well I will be putting up a 5 star review and rating.
