Ya know, its not many businesses that will go out of their way to provide good service and honest assessments and advice. I had what I thought was a relatively small scratch on my front fender and at first I thought it would be cheap to fix. I looked for estimates from 3 different auto body shops, all were well over $600. to repaint my entire front fender and match the paint (they gave me no other options). So I went to Marquez Auto Body (looked up here on Google where they are highly rated), and they quoted me $400-$500 to repaint the entire fender but Denise had a better idea. She pointed out it was really a minor scratch and that they could buff most of it out at no charge to me if I wanted to live with the few small deeper scratches. Denise told me thats what she would do if it was her car. Most businesses would let you drive away or take big money to fix something like this. At no charge to me they buffed out the majority of the scratch and it looks 100 times better and no charge! I was amazed. This will be my first go-to place if/when I do ever need some body work done. They were all extremely friendly and obviously extremely honest. But what is most important, they value customer service above all else. They guarantee their work and from the reviews Ive read on the Internet they do exceptional body work. I couldnt recommend them more. I will be referring them to all of my friends from now on.

I went to this autobody shop a month or 2 ago because my dad knows the owner denise marquez. I went in for an estimate and the guy that help knew what he was doing and told me he will email me an estimate the next day. I gave him a few days extra because I wanted him to take his time and to make sure the estimate was as accurate as possible. after waiting for the days i gave him i havent recieved an email on the estimate i checked my email i checked my junk mail and i even verified to him that my email was accurate before he started on the estimate. I decided to cut them sum slack and give them a 2 more days. 2 days later i recieved nothing from them. I decided to give them a last chance and waited 3 more days and recieved nothing. Because of this my buisness wasnt appreciated and decided to go to another body shop. I dont recommend here.

Its seems I need an auto body about once ever year for dings, dents and bumpers. Going to an auto body is like going to the dentist; you really dont want to but have to occassionally. I use to be in the business of selling auto equipment for Blackhawk so I have an idea of what to look for in auto body. 1. Fair Price 2. Good Work 3. Nice People who do what they say 4. I went there just to ask some questions about some minor scratches I wanted fixed. Efrain the manager told me to let them see if they could buff them out prior to doing any touch up work. They buffed out all the scratches. Its like it never happend!!! Great work/service!!! If I ever have to have any real work done this will be my #1 choice for sure!!!
