I would like to thank Maaco of Riverside CA, for helping me overcome my error of picking the wrong color and repainting it for free. I initially picked a gray metallic color with a slight green undertone. It was unbeknownst to me that the color I had picked was going to look green on the car. A few days after picking up my car, and not being completely satisfied with it(seeing that it looked green), it developed a pretty bad paint bubble/blister, which I knew would result in me taking it back to Maaco to show them. I also figured I had to take it back anyway to have my license plate light replaced, because it accidently was painted over. They agreed to repaint the top where the bubble had formed, and also generously offered to repaint the whole car the color I initially wanted, which was a metallic gray, all for free. When I got my car back for the last and final time, the car looked amazing! It was just the color I wanted, with no bubbles or mistakes of any kind! I know I owe it all to Maaco and their fantastic staff!!! Thank you so much for everything!!!

Absolutely horrible customer service from the "boss." I had been working with a man named Daniel and was very well treated. We talked about the work and what needed to be done. When it came down to prices and guarantees the "boss" started talking down to me in a very condescending tone that he would not guarantee the work because of the "age of the car" that he didnt care if I was paying for the top of the line paint with the guarantee, he wouldnt guarantee it. When I questioned him as to the reason why he cut me off mid sentence and told me to take it elsewhere he doesnt want my buisness and the car and told me to take my car and leave. I have NEVER been so disrespected by someone. I would suggest you go elsewhere. This isnt a place you want to do business with.

They broke the top plastic part where the windshield wipers are placed of my vehicle. Also locks were working fine before I dropped it off to paint. Keith denied they did anything wrong. They are carless and seem not to care of they damage private property!He only replaced plastic part where windshield wipers are placed. Told me to take car to a car alarm place to fix why my cars locks are not working. They did a sloppy paint job on my two convertibles!! The other car I also painted same thing. Now my convertible Mercedes does not lock they " Kieth denied they had nothing to do with that , and ignored me when I showed him where they stain in the leather

Part of my duties at Teen Challenge is to oversee our 85+ fleet vehicles in So. Cal. This means I am often repairing and repainting vehicles. Maaco has done such a good job for me over the last ten years I use them exclusively. Our vans from all 10 So Cal locations are repaired in Riverside. In addition I have had my personal vehs done at Maaco including my 1930 Ford. Amazing job. Regardless on what body and paint you need custom or production You cant beat Maaco! See Dona and tell her Ralph sent you. Who knows maybe Ill get a discount on my next job!

I just had my minivan painted at Maaco in Riverside and wow what a great job they did! The paint on my van had faded badly and the clear coat had started to peel. Maaco finished it ahead of schedule and it looks like a brand new van. My contact with Maaco was Donna and she was very kind and helpful. The price was more than fair and all in all it was great value. I highly recommend Maaco in Riverside to anyone wanting to spruce up their vehicle. Thanks a lot, Chuck Hornsby

Called in to find out what the specials were only to be told the hours of operation. When asked the question a second time I was hung up on. This continued three times before I gave up, obviously have serious problems since they changed owners considering we have been using them for over 20 yrs off and on. If the customer service representative cant even answer a question makes me wonder how they handle a complaint.
