Took a $300+ coat to this location to get dry cleaned. They charged $45. All signs about my jacket say they do not ACTUALLY dry clean but just machine wash the cloths here. It is 5 minutes away from my work so I thought it would be a good idea to drop it off at this dry cleaner. I picked up the coat 2 weeks later(when it was done) and went home thinking everything was fine. My mistake. A decorative piece on the coat was missing on one side, the other decorative piece was beaten up and damaged. The fur on the coat is no longer fluffy but matted down and itchy and smells like an old stale dryer. (that smell when something is all dusty and left in an attic for 10 years). The coat itself is bleached to a much lighter color. I thought there was a color change when I picked up the jacket, but it had been 14 days and thought maybe my eyes were just playing tricks. I figured out the color change because the hood that I removed prior to the cleaners is a very dark blue color compared to the now brownish blue coat. The stuffing inside the jacket (I am guessing cotton) is all bunched up and out of place. Never had such bad service from any shop. Would give negative starts if possible, as 1 star is far too many.

I gave my clothes 4 days back, the Chinese gentleman counted and charged me 37.75$ at that time. So he charged me upfront Today is July 15th Friday. I come to take back my clothes and this rude Chinese lady os saying that the gentleman counted less clothes and so i had to pay $5.25 more. I told her its not my fault. But she said i had to pay or else I couldnt take the clothes Shameless people. Useless talking to them.
