Horrible services. I accidentally left my glasses behind, the lady behind the counter told me she gave them to 3 guys that came in asking about them because she didnt know whos glasses they belonged to. After asking for the owners number or name she refused and just gave me the business card of the company. Didnt offer me a refund or even a simple care over what she had done. Worst place Ive ever experienced. I will never recommend this place. I will rather take a 25 minute drive down to national city and drop my stuff off to be cleaned than use VIP Cleaners ever again!

We were spending a week in San Diego on vacation, and needed a big pile of baby clothes, towels, etc., cleaned to get us through the week. The Morena location was wonderful, and a huge help -- they did everything we needed, including wash/dry/fold, and got it done plenty fast to meet our needs. Id recommend these folks highly!

I dry clean my dress shirts and pants every other week and have tried tons of other dry cleaners and this one is by far the best. Always gets my stains out, clothes are always covered in plastic, great folds, extremely fast if you ask for it, and Very Friendly.

I Love this place! I was going to Vegas and my favorite Dress was at the cleaners, i had no time to pick it up, so i called Vip to ask how the Delivery service worked? they actually took my dress to the airport!!!!!!! unbelievable, thats way im rating best ever.

VIP Cleaners picks up my laundry every Tuesday and Friday from my work. Very convenient, they do great work. I had one time forgotten to leave my laundry out, they made a special trip the following day. Thank you for great customer service!
