I have been going here for over a year. They are friendly, well-priced, and conveniently located. Recently, though, I have had several issues with buttons falling apart on my shirts. Six months ago, I began noticing that they would leave notes on my hangers saying "We replaced a button free of charge." I initially thought this was great, and made sure to handle the buttons on my dress shirts with more care. Three months ago, I put on a freshly-laundered dress shirt from them and a button fell apart. By this I mean, it cracked in half, which meant I couldnt button up my shirt properly. I took it back to them, stated the issue, and they replaced the button for free. These are not cheap dress shirts either - they are a quality brand and cost me at least $70 per shirt. This cracked button issue has happened four different times now. One shirt was so bad that four buttons were already cracked before I put the shirt on, and easily broke apart with only the slightest amount of pressure. I took this shirt in and, because they had replaced the buttons on my shirts so often (I assume because of the same issue), there were no more new buttons to replace the ones that broke. They were willing to replace the broken buttons for free, which is great, but they had no buttons in stock that matched the original buttons. They said they would place an order for new buttons and call me when they got in so I could look at them to make sure they were what I wanted. This was at least three weeks ago; I havent heard from them. At that point, I was on the fence about whether or not to continue using their services. A week after I showed them the above shirt with four broken buttons, I went to a professional conference and AGAIN a button cracked in half on one of my shirts they had cleaned. So, while I appreciate their great customer service, I will no longer be a customer with them. Ive never had this issue with other dry cleaners Ive used in the past. This may not be everyones experience with them, and I almost never provide online reviews, but my experience has been that frustrating and disappointing that I wanted to share it with others.

I just moved here and my boss recommended this place. I brought in an awesome old sleeping bag I had from the 70s and a fancy comforter. They cleaned them both perfectly and Im a happy man! The price was very reasonable... especially compared to what I used to pay in Scottsdale, AZ. The lady at the counter is always smiling too.. and the owner is a friendly dude. I recommend them if you live anywhere in central / inland San Diego.

I have went her many times for tailored items as well as dry cleaning. In all occasions the price was great, service was friendly and they were able to help me get the tailoring done in 2-3 days. I would recommend this business to anyone that is price conscious and wants quality work.

Dont have them do your laundry! All my darks came back with lint all over them, like they were dried with light towels. Ive had to spend hours, shaving off the lint, and removing it with tape. Its really stuck all over the clothes. Ill never use them again. A lesson learned.

My favorite laundry in San Diego. Everything is done on premises. I have never had a garment lost or damage. This is San Diegos last family run Chinese laundry. Use them!
