I went to DanScene after first seeing some of his students out dancing back in 1997! This is a great place to learn to dance socially or competitively. Martin Parker is a great teacher and I still am in touch with him and many of the other students who have become friends. This is a great place to be a part of, I would recommend DanScene and Martin Parker to anyone wanting to get out, make friends, and learn to dance!

Martin Parker taught me how to dance, which is a joyful experience for me. The studio is a great place to meet new friend and develop lasting relationshp. The dances are fun, well attended with gooood food. It is exciting to sit and watch the many students Martin has taught over the years dance. Some of them are incredible. I have taken dance lessons from many instructors who were very nice but I couldnt tell if they were telling me the truth or just taking my money. I found that Martin Parker was honest, encouraging and when he says that I am dancing beautifully, well, I believe him! It is refreshing. I recommend Martin Parker as your dance instructor for Swing, Ballroom, and Country.

My wife and I took lessons here to prepare for our wedding. I am not a good dancer and did not previously enjoy dancing much, but Martin Parker was always patient and helped me enjoy my time there.
