I understand how you feel (former review) but I try to remember the multitude of people that they encounter and what they may experience. Bottom line, if they are not suited for a customer service type of employment then one should "step off. As far as the agency, well one must go through an agency sign of the times. It does provide one with an opportunity for employment, and in the end that is the whole crux of the company/idea. Who knows it may help you find your "dream job," (smile) not to be sarcastic. May your hunt go well (G.B.U)

I set up an appointment but unfortunately I had a family emergency and went out of state no cell reception in the mountains normally I would have cancelled but I was in a hurry I called as soon as I got back to reschedule and I got a lecture and a condescending tone definitely not customer service but I do always try to give the benefit of the doubt they cant find my profile as of yet so well see nobody likes Mondays I suppose.

Very rude and condescending. They dont want do the job, i was in there a few years ago and went back. They were rude and condescending then and still are.
