I wouldnt recommend this agency to my enemies. Was told to come into work at 6p-6a and it was always , " Yeah come into work today , no tomorrow , no next week ." Once I was finally given a date to come into work ( Trend Offset ) at 6p that following day I received a phone call eh maybe 2 hours before the shift only to tell me that it was canceled. Still wanting to give this agency a try , I stuck around. I was told to come in the very next day and sign a few things in order to start working at (Revolve Clothing ) - as a(n) picker. That lasted maybe a week . That following pay period I received partial funds on my pay card. I counted all my hours and realized that I wasnt paid for all of them ( missing about $40 ) , but I let it go BC by that time I given up on this agency and went to Select Staffing ( another horrible agency BTW ) about a week later Chartwell loaded the $40 to my card . Little heads up DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME HERE ! ( worked for them in April )

They Used To Be A Great Staffing Agency When They Were CRS Staffing Then They Changed Names And Employees And It Took A slight Down Hill Fall From There, They Started Siding With Companies In Stead Of Those Looking To Work And Keep Their Job. Also They Have A Few Rude On Site Staff Members One By Name Is Alma At The Vans Corporation She Always Has Attitude But Overall An ok Agency , Def not the Place For You Though If Youre Looking For Good Pay. The companies that employ chart well to hire pay way below the the pay grade for the work needing to be done you have to bust your tail for 8-12 hours making $9.00-$9.50hr I know friends that work for the company through warehouses making a minimum of $17hr.

. As a customer it is sad to see such poor customer service in an industry with almost an agency on every corner. We have employees show up to work daily, and pay a service fee, expecting that the employees be paid their proper wages. When the employees have problems with their checks, I would expect the agency to do their part to correct the issues. Im sure if their checks or pay rate was off they would expect the same. Only because our company is closing, do I tolerate such poor customer service. Yea, I said it.

I called here because i saw a posting on indeed saying to call and apply no experience needed for a warehouse position. So I called the lady who answered the phone was rude and so clueless. She would put me on hold and ask someone else questions to answer mine. I thought they would be able to help me get a job but boy was I wrong. She just told me to send them my resume and soooo rudely hung up on me. I regret even calling them.
