They dont take reservations, but I called at 9:10am right after they opened. A nice lady said to come on in, they were free. I rushed in and they were busy. Then another lady (manager?) came in and I asked how long the wait is: I had to get my child to preschool and get to a meeting. She asked if I could wait 15 minutes, even though the two haircuts were almost done and she was free. I protested that they said they could take us soon-- I drove across town in a rush. She said there are no reservations, first come first served. She implied that the two people came in after I called, but she was not there and it was obvious the two customers had been there when I called initially. She argued with me and basically told me if I was in a hurry I should leave. So I did! I was lied to and treated rudely from a gal with an attitude problem. ICK. I think the lady on the phone thought this new lady would be able to help us, but clearly she had no interest in doing so. Also, the mens haircuts that were in progress looked almost done, so why would she say 15 minutes? I know why-- it was clear she just wanted to be firm and unaccommodating to people. I do not recommend this place at all until their ideas about customer service and fair dealings with people change. The reviews say this place takes 45 minutes on average. Maybe longer, Id say!

Dont ever go here. They dont give a good haircut and they dont have any respect for their customers, especially that sassy Lily. She started an argument with me just because I reacted to a burn I had because of some kind of a jel that they used after shave. She started asking if that was my first time there, which it wasnt, and claimed that they always used that jel thing and I had bit of an attitude, which, again, I didnt. Even if I did, she wasnt supposed to argue with me over it. At best she couldve apologized for the burn and then say that thats how they do it. Such a shame that she is willing to argue with her customers.

Ive only ever had good experiences here. Very affordable haircuts which are much better than your typical "rush jobs" at a supercuts or somewhere of the like. Great service at a good price-point, whats not to like?

This Vietnamese barbershop has a barber there thats quite rude, the one in all the pictures sitting in front. She was very rushed and had little concern for making the customer happy.
