I went to this barber at the Bel Air Plaza. From the outside it just looks like a clean nice traditional cosy place, dont be mislead. After reading all the bad reviews i was encouraged to come out and tell my story... The people working there are truly rude and they gave me the only military short cut of my life. But what really upset me was the treatment they gave to a child and his mother when they came in to get a hair cut. The older guy at the barbers told the child that he couldnt do his hair because they only cut "normal" peoples hair, and the kid had shoulder length hair. What a crime! He told this kid to go somewhere else. Literary! The mother and the kid left with a confused face and hopefully wont come back to this horrible place.

I can ALWAYS count on these guys to cut my hair just the way I want it. Ive tried other barbershops in Napa, some of them are good dont get me wrong, but I keep coming back to the Barbershop of Napa Valley. Its located in the Bel Aire Plaza so I can get my haircut and do all my shopping at the same time. If you like your hair cut to look fresh and clean you should definitely come here. I normally get my haircut by either Paul or Donny.

i asked in plain english for a a haircut short but not skin short, about 1/4" all over. i could feel resistance from the barbers comb and ran my fingers through my hair then asked again for him to cut the top shorter. he trimmed the sides and pretended to shorten the top because thats how he wanted it cost: $19+$2 tip because i always feel coerced to pay a tip. anyone know a good mexican barber shop? at least they speak english.

Awful service. They dont say one word to you besides how you want your haircut. The guy just pointed at me, and I guess that means its my turn. The haircut wasnt that bad, but the guy didnt even dust of the hair of my face or the excess hair on top either, so I was walking around with hair all over my face. It was a horrible experience. Will not be going back

Old school, no frills, competent, and a great haircut for $19. The gentleman who cut my hair was pleasant, but not trying to be my best friend. Thats fine, I already have a dog. Anyone who leaves this place with their feelings hurt ought to grow a pair.

This is the barber shop in town that can take you without an appointment that you wont have to wait an hour get a chair. Theres something to be said about having more than one barber on staff and not using a difficult registration system.

This is the only place ill ever get my haircut. They are always kind and do a perfect job. I recommend Urban Cuts to anyone that wants there hair done exactly the way you want it.

They cannot even greet a customer properly. Decent people usually greet back when you give them a "good morning" and a smile. They do not.
