To be fair, the facility is clean, employees pleasant, good equipment. However, when I signed up for a holiday special where the joining fee was waived, no mention of an extra $39 per year within 60 days to "lock in the rate" was mentioned. When my credit card was charged and I brought it up, the representative danced around the subject. I walked away feeling cheated and gross about going back. So theres a joining fee, a reoccurring lock in fee, and a monthly fee, plus $3 to simply use a credit card? I prefer companies who dont nickel and dime you, and dont act shady about it.
